What do we do?
- Develop and execute effective direct marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and direct mail pieces (online and offline).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align direct marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage targeted contact lists for direct marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts and lead generation activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in direct marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Requirements
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent.
- Honest, credible, and loyal demeanor that aligns with our company values.
- Strong understanding of direct marketing strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Excellent communication skills. (even in Tagalog only)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
