  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Process and record transactions in an organized and timely manner.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data alignment.
  • Handle the company’s permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) compliance and timely submission of tax documents.
  • Follow accounting best practices and relevant regulations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Honest, credible, and loyal demeanor that aligns with our company values.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry financial practices is a plus.
