Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Process and record transactions in an organized and timely manner.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data alignment.
- Handle the company’s permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) compliance and timely submission of tax documents.
- Follow accounting best practices and relevant regulations.
Skills & Requirements
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Honest, credible, and loyal demeanor that aligns with our company values.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Knowledge of real estate industry financial practices is a plus.
